Meet Shauna

My name is Shauna, and I've been a licensed real estate professional since 2016. Before stepping into the world of real estate, I owned and operated a large dance studio in the Salt Lake area. I specialize in helping families find their perfect home in Spokane Valley, Spokane, Liberty Lake, South Hill, Millwood, Perry District, and Valleyford.

When my family and I moved to Spokane Valley in 2013, I experienced firsthand the challenges of relocating and building a new sense of community. This experience drives me to treat my clients the way I would want to be treated, making sure they feel like they are my top priority. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than helping families find a house and turning it into a home filled with memories.

I’ve earned the Chairman's Circle Award and certifications as a Buyer Representation Specialist and Seller Marketing Specialist. My marketing approach is multifaceted, utilizing tools like the John L. Scott listing launch, social media, postcard mailers, and open houses to ensure every property gets the attention it deserves.

Community is important to me, and I give back by volunteering as a youth leader at my local church and teaching classical ballet at my daughter's dance studio. I initially chose John L. Scott for the comprehensive training, but I’ve stayed because of the supportive relationships I've built with my fellow agents.

Spokane

In southern, central Washington, you’ll find the quaint, agricultural center of Yakima. Most of the nations hops are grown here. And Over 50 wineries dot the Yakima Valley. The rich soil mimics the conditions of France, which makes this fertile valley so productive. Apples are another major crop here, but you’ll also find lots of other produce growing here as well. Downtown Yakima has been revitalized from a former retail core to a more pedestrian friendly experience with local boutiques, artisan shops, and restaurants. Old North Yakima is on the National Register of Historic Places and includes much of the city’s beginnings, including the City Hall and Opera House, much of which has turned into restaurant and retail space. Nob Hill is a popular neighborhood in Yakima due to its proximity to downtown. Terrace Heights has some of the best parks in the area. Washington Avenue is out near the airport and offers easy access to nearby areas of Ahtanum and Summitview. These neighborhoods offer a suburban feel and newer homes as Yakima expands this direction. Far out west of West Valley, you’ll find the Gromore and Harwood neighborhoods. These are popular for more rural living and homes with acreage. If you’d like to learn more about Yakima, let us know! We’d love to show you around and help you find your dream home.
